John Maloney

John Maloney is a Counsel in the Business Law Department of Norris McLaughlin. John has extensive experience representing clients in connection with a broad range of corporate transactional and governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases and sales, strategic alliances and joint ventures, reorganizations, corporate finance and commercial lending, private equity investments, intellectual property licensing, employment matters, new entity structure and formation, and the preparation and negotiation of related agreements. John also advises entrepreneurs in starting new businesses, including obtaining startup capital and bank financing.
