As a performance-driven Process Engineering (PE) Manager with broad site leadership and process safety expertise, I have 20+ years of experience with Shell driving $50M to $1B capital projects spanning process designs/licensing for revamps and new process units across manufacturing sites and technical hubs. I am a forward-thinking manufacturing technical/site leader and a process/operations improvement strategist with a reputation of results aligning team targets with business goals and maintaining an unwavering focus on safety, ethics, and compliance. Over two decades, I have played an integral role in the design and revamp of 20+ refinery process units across the Americas, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and South America. Throughout my career, I have built and developed a world-class Norco Manufacturing Complex PE Team, championed process safety, led staff competencies and work processes, and implemented key best practices to significantly reduce safety issues and mitigate risks. As Process Engineering Manager, NMC since 2012, I provide leadership for a newly consolidated site, including supervising 30+ employees, maintaining a multi-million dollar cost budget, ensuring 24x7 site process operations, and holding technical assurance/support responsibilities. I am recognized by senior management for recruiting and growing a high-performance team, providing strong margin leadership, instilling a culture of continuous improvement, and driving my team to become the best PE team globally. Previously, I held several progressive roles with Shell, advancing through Operations Support/Project Design Engineer positions in the U.S. To Regional Manager and Team Lead roles in Malaysia with Process Engineering responsibilities across Asia Pacific. I hold MS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering.
