John Robin Christoffersen

I have a versatile background in both theoretical and practical fields. I started out in accounting and have always kept the field of economics close to heart. For three years I was running my own business within the field of home entertainment. I kept on running this business while I took a bachelors degree in health managment and health economics. A degree that focuses on economics and personell management. My education also includes a semester at the renowned University of California, Berkeley. I still use the experiences from that semester in my day to day worklife. Working for the tax collector in Asker and Bærum also gave me further experiences to feed my economic nature. Working for Northern Europes largest hospital, Oslo University Hospital, where I was a department head, gave me useful experience with managing personell. I went on to work for Santander Consumer Bank as a collection specialist and project manager. The versatile workday and the ability to find good solutions for customers in need was key. Personal development is always a goal for me and therefore I wanted to experience in depth the field of fraud. I shifted position internally to the Financial Crime Prevention Unit at Santander Consumer Bank Nordic. There I held the position as caseworker and later prevention and analytics specialist. Key qualities for both positions is engagement, efficiency, solution orientation and out of the box thinking which can contribute to fighting financial crime. After wonderful years in Santander I wanted to explore other possibilites and started as Operations Manager at Stadssalg AS in december 2020. We help financial institutions, banks, estate lawyers, public sector and more with realizing value from for instance their defaulted portfolio. We handle the process from A-Z leaving the clients with more time to focus on other important matters, like sales. Defaulted portfolios, bankruptcies and foreclosures are among our specialties. My strongest features are my adaptability, personell and resource managment, projectmanagement and processimprovement skills.
