John Sjosten

John has held a variety of positions in the financial services field for the past 25 years. These roles have focused on the back and middle office areas for both global and domestic financial service firms. Mr. Sjosten specializes in cash/positions reconciliations, income/corporate action processes and security movements (free delivery/receipts as well as fund and traditional asset trading). John has also played a key role in the design, build, and launch of a state of the art wealth management platform that allows financial service clients the ability for true end to end processes for cross border transactions. John has also worked closely with domestic and international clients during implementation projects to ensure their positions (both cash and securities) were transferred and reconciled in a timely and accurate manor. Recently John has led a large financial institution through a target operating model review that included a review of the clients back and middle office functions. This review ensured that all potential gaps in service were addressed and the target operating model could be achieved.
