Achieves practice development through innovation, and by offering clients advanced viewpoints and ideas. ►Created and Developed KPMG’s Accounting Methods and Credit Services Group which today supports nearly two dozen partners and over 200 individuals and has averaged double digit annual growth since its inception. ►Provides significant involvement in both the assessment and implementation of an array of tax accounting method projects relating to cash and working capital initiatives, post-merger and acquisition transactions, and the effect of new financial accounting standards. Initiated the use of data analytics in these endeavors. ►Represents clients before the IRS national office, upon examination, and before appeals on tax accounting method issues. ►Previously the National Retail Industry Tax Sector Leader for KPMG. Currently the tax lead for the Firm's Regulatory Group. ►Author of a number of articles for the Tax Advisor and serves as a National instructor for KPMG's Tax Watch series, and at TEI events.
