My name is John Vesey, and I help organizations build and manage powerful business solutions. I look to bring value to my company while growing the bottom line. I have been able to create a startup company, bring it to a certain valuation and then sell it. After which I set to grow my talents by learning the best in Japanese management techniques. I look to create teams with the culture that fosters American entrepreneurial style with Japanese procedural methods. My greatest level of satisfaction comes from being able to create new opportunities and sustaining a healthy business. This style has served me well in my role as Vice President of Sales and Operations being responsible for more than 500 colleagues in the USA and in Japan. Highlights of my career and proud moments include my work on several special projects. I managed the design and release for satellite components that enabled the expansion of manufacturing from Japan to Thailand. This expansion created for the first time in the satellite component industry a fully automated factory. My negotiation and people skills helped me recently as I completed several contracts that will allow the development of products for the new satellites and IoT markets.
