Johnny Falla

I work with executive teams to develop strategy for: Product go-to-market, growth and operations, venture philanthropy, public-private partnerships, B2B + D2C branding/marketing/digital strategy, program management for international development. I roll up my sleeves and do the hard part: execution. I'm interested in connecting with leading brands and emerging companies focused squarely on building Africa's sustainable future. My superpower is quickly making sense of chaos out in the world and entrenched systems in organizations and facilitate strategy development so leadership teams can move ahead. Previously, my strategy consulting work focused on collaborative manufacturing utilizing 3D printing, brand stewardship and the modern practice of venture philanthropy, and novel approaches to reducing inequality in the US by influencing capital markets to bend resources toward "just" companies. Outside the office, I volunteer in marketing and fundraising capacities for LimbForge, which develops scalable technologies for prosthetic care (we deliver radically affordable 3D printed prosthetics) to people around the world.
