I also embrace learning, self development and continued training to support my position. I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and truly try to center my life around my faith and family. My wife and I have been together since 2001. I am a family oriented dad with 5 daughters and 1 son. I believe that it is our responsibility as leaders in our industry, to support the growth and education of not only ourselves but also the others around us. It is our responsibility to train and educate on a daily basis to improve project performance as well as crew development and safety. We not only build buildings for a living, We build relationships with everyone involved with each project and that is what sets us apart. When you connect with everyone and build the team environment and give everyone a sense of ownership it will show in the end. We will deliver not just a project but a project that everyone from the owner to the laborer had a part of and it will be delivered with sense of pride.
