A Leader and M.Sc. Engineer (Industrial Management) with over 15 years' experience within the Aviation | Marine | Oil & Gas industry. Today, I work for ISAVIA @Keflavik International Airport as department manager with the responsibility for mechanical equipment. My management experience also includes over 5 years as the department manager both for REINERTSEN and BEERENBERG. As department manager I was responsible for Managing, Recruiting and Training new staff, Strategic planning, Budgeting etc. I'm also experienced marine engineer, both as first officer and Chief-engineer, which has given me the opportunity to obtain a good understanding for many of those system and technology which are used in the marine and offshore industry today.
