Working as an investment banker for the healthcare industry, as well as founding and operating a company that addressed value-based population health care initiatives, I have seen firsthand the brokenness of the healthcare system and strive to be an instrumental part of that change with the work that I do. With more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, I understand the systematic change that needs to happen, along with the challenges that come with creating a successful business capable of making an impact. By supporting digital health and tech-enabled healthcare services, I aim to provide the advice and access to capital to companies who can make an impact on the healthcare system, with the ultimate goal of achieving and implementing value-based care. As a Managing Director for England & Company, I am passionate about assisting innovative tech-enabled healthcare services or digital health companies that are attacking the fundamental drivers of healthcare and cost. In each relationship, I seek to be a trusted advisor long-term, helping each company problem-solve, open their eyes to new opportunities, and provide them with the right assets and advice necessary for their business to make a change to the industry. I believe in transforming the healthcare industry to better benefit the people that it serves. Through the support of innovative, ambitious, and forward-thinking digital health and tech-enabled healthcare service companies, I seek to provide the assistance needed to disrupt the status quo. When I’m not assisting in the drive toward value-based care, I enjoy skateboarding, surfing, and painting.
