I pride myself in the passion I put in my work and the ways i help creating happiness and community around me. Since I started working in Tourism 2013 I started a big personal development journey, but as the years passed I have gotten more interested in helping others succeed and that drew me to shift the focus from me to WE. Everywhere I have worked I've gone way beyond my role to learn and help out across departments to become a more valuable asset. Doing anything from developing and creating processes, product development, Marketing strategies, customer service, public speaking, networking with suppliers, Travel shows, supporting and partaking in HR initiatives such as Training new staff, on-boarding, perform culture audits and creating growth and development plans for staff. Skilled in Public speaking, employee engagement, Facilitation, product development and event planning.
