As the national complaints manager for API Leisure & Lifestyle I am well versed in how to handle difficult situations, always with a focus on the best possible outcome for both the customer and the business. I thoroughly enjoy interviewing, hiring, training and developing staff. I am experienced in the communication, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures to staff.
