I advise people in connection with family and relationship matters, including divorce and separation, nullity, civil partnerships, children, pre-nuptial/civil partnership and post-nuptial/civil partnership agreements, cohabitation and especially financial and children issues arising from separation and divorce. Since qualifying in 2000 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, I have worked exclusively in the field of matrimonial and family law, and I am a member of Resolution - first for family law. As a member of Resolution, a specialist body committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems, I take a sensitive, yet constructive, approach to explain all of the options available to clients. I aim to give them confidence to make the right decisions. I am recommended in both independent national legal guides, Chambers (top tier accolade) and Legal 500, which are awarded on merit. I was promoted to Partner at Willans in January 2022 where I have worked since 2007. Prior to joining Willans, I worked for North Cotswolds and Tewkesbury-based law firms. I help people with all aspects of family law - from starting a relationship to resolving disputes when a relationship breaks down.
