I specialise in acquisition finance, asset based lending, debt restructuring and general corporate banking work and have worked on many of the largest and most complex financing transactions in the North West market. My practice involves acting for both private and listed companies incorporated in the UK and overseas, working with borrowers, lenders, private equity houses and other investors on all aspects of debt finance. The Knights Debt Advisory team's clients include owners and directors of companies operating in all sectors of the market. I deal with all aspects of the negotiation and structuring of loan facilities, security documents, intercreditor agreements and hedging arrangements. I am experienced in dealing with complex financing structures including debt restructuring, mezzanine and second lien facilities, syndicated ABL deals, cross-border transactions and risk participation arrangements.
