Jonathan has been in the residential property business for 39 years. He formed Blenheim Bishop which was the first independently owned land, development consultancy and new homes business in 1991 and went on to become one of the industry’s leading advisors in the residential development field. The business was sold in 2006 to a public company and repurchased in 2008 for £1. From 2013 to the end of 2017 Jonathan was focusing his attention on IMA Real Estate. Specialising in the purchase of distressed assets or commercial real estate, residential investments where value was added through planning, build and asset management expertise. As it became difficult to find value in the market Jonathan went back to his roots and formed a new Residential agency focusing on Customer service specialising with the sale & acquisition of development land with and without planning permission and residential investment including PRS & Build To rent as Vandermolen Real Estate. The firm also be offers asset recovery services and agency advice to investors and lenders where development schemes are not delivering the projected returns. The services range from valuation, strategic advice, asset management, completion of schemes and LPA receivership.
