I am currently a Junior Water Resources Engineer at Wood (formerly Amec Foster Wheeler) in the Wichita, Kansas office, beginning January 2016. I perform Hydraulic and Hydrologic modeling for mapping flood inundation areas under the Flood Insurance Program (FIS) for FEMA. I graduated with a Master's of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Fall 2015 with a focus in Water Resources Engineering. I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University in May 2014. I have been an Engineering Intern (EI) under NCEES and the Michigan PE board since April 2014, and I am pursuing receiving my Professional Engineering (PE) license. My career interests include hydrologic and hydraulic modeling; watershed management; stream, ecosystem, and habitat restoration and design; surface water quality; fluvial geomorphogy; and sediment transportation. I wish to advance my career in the areas of hydrologic modeling, watershed management, and stream and ecosystem restoration.
