After more than 26 years in the legal administrative services field, with direct responsibility for recruiting, staffing, training and supervising personnel, as well as overseeing the overall direction and quality control for a critical business operation, I'm now devoting my team-oriented approach and framework for successful completion of objectives to serving my community by providing families and individuals with reliable, safe, considerate and skilled in-home companion care assistance. Our community of care providers are called to this service, and fully invested and empowered to make their clients' lives easier and more fulfilled. My mandate is not only finding and identifying these special individuals, but also providing the necessary foundational knowledge and resources that will allow them to thrive in their roles as the industry's most noteworthy caregivers.
