Ten years of management experience have sharpened my tools to recruit the best chauffeurs and office staff, carefully screen and hire employees, and discipline and retrain employees when it is necessary. In March 2017, I oversaw the acquisition of a competitor. This process included migrating the data of almost 600 retail and corporate accounts, handling public relations functions between my company and the new accounts, and marketing our services to the new accounts. Dozens of transportation companies and several Fortune 500 companies choose American Comfort Limousines every day because of my personalized approach to every customer. I make it easy to use our service, and we provide a great product. I've been successful at courting and landing large accounts including corporations, groups, and hotels due to my ability to deliver what clients need. I am a skilled marketer and have evolved my company's marketing strategies as customer buying habits have changed. That includes a focus on targeted social media campaigns and email marketing campaigns. I have been successful at achieving a high ROI on a very small marketing budget. I implement technology that makes it easier for our customers to interact with our company and also for our employees to take charge and better serve our customers. A recent example of innovation is our online reservations portal. After overhauling it and introducing it to our clients via social media and email campaign, the total number of online reservations have increased by 107% and the average ticket price of an online reservation has increased by 82%. Our reservation labor costs have decreased by 90.5%.
