My style of working is to always make sure that I can feel good about myself for the work I have achieved for that day. This can be me doing the most work for the day, providing the best customer assistance and helping others when I have finished all of my work. I consider myself a perfectionist because I always double check my work and make sure every thing is done correctly. When I get hired to a job, I am observant to all the details that would be necessary for me to perform a task and take notes if there is a lot of information given to me. I am also not afraid to reach out for help and ask for questions or advice from co-workers or peers to maximize my overall performance. When I encounter customers I will make sure that the customer feels welcomed, I am fully engaged in what they are saying, make sure to get what they need, and completely satisfied with my high standard of customer service. When I am comfortable with the new job, I will never be satisfied with where I am and I will always be looking for ways to make myself more efficient to increase my overall productivity. I also like to make friends in my work space to make my time working more enjoyable. This allows me to collaborate with others if I am in need of assistance and it makes me available to help others as well and give my insight. My mentality carries in to my everyday life. I play video games on my free time, a lot relying on teamwork and practice. I also played baseball for roughly 10 years of my life and it has taught me how important each part of a team is and made me understand that each piece is needed for the team to work. In addition, I have two amazing dogs, one Siberian Husky and one Pitbull/Terrier, and they teach me about discipline due to all of the training I do with them. Keeping this mentality helps me be the most productive every single day.
