On a personal level I am an avid sports fan and lover of the great outdoors. I can regularly be found either hiking through the wilderness enjoying the peace and quiet or enveloped in the latest struggles of my beloved Aston Villa. When it comes to work I believe my knowledge and experience gained has set me up to take the next step. My responsibilities to date have included:• Training and supporting handlers within my team to push their development. Through a combination of running training sessions, side by side coaching and providing feedback I look to help them progress• Through process conformations and receiving Failure Demand data I identify skill gaps or behavioural issues and put measures into place to prevent similar issues occurring again• Dealing with escalations/complaints passed on to me by handlers/managers• Monitoring KPI’s and productivity, building more effective tools in order to do soo Also following up where problems arise to determine the root cause
