Management ● Supervised three separate programs ensuring accurate payroll accounts for 600 coworkers. Encompassed starting and stopping incentive pays, auditing, and proper allotments for recently employed employees amounting to 3.8 million in total payments. ● Upkept 2000 employee records across three continents to include certificates, evaluations medical status and waivers. His diligent effort ensured every employee had an accurate physical and electronic record. Creation and Implementation ● Developed an internal tracking system for administrative movement of pay documents and correspondence that was implemented organization wide resulting in a 88 percent decrease in lost documents and a 24 percent decrease in time to completion. ● Created and presented numerous annual training subjects to 2,000 employees ensuring administrative policies and procedures were adhered to on all company levels.
