Jorrit Pranger

I am a versatile, transformational leader, experienced across countries and industries in the Strategy, Customer and Digital space.Within Cognizant I am the Consulting Leader for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance across the ANZ region. In addition, I look after the ramp up of our consulting office in Brisbane.Before I moved to Australia, I spent ten years in Asia. I was Prudential Singapore's Head of Digital Transformation, designing and leading transformation across their entire sales operating model. Previously, I was the Acting Chief Transformation officer and  the Head of Corporate Strategy at Prudential Singapore. I have 19 years of strategy, customer, digital consulting and transformation experience, working with many different cultures in an international environment. Over the years I have developed a solid track record in developing customer-centric, strategic directions and executing on those strategies by designing and leading transformations and turn-arounds.  My ability to build relationships quickly and nurture talent means I assemble and lead the right team for the job at hand. I am truly energised when transforming and re-imagining the boundaries of a business to create new commercial opportunities. I am also a LUMA-certified Design Thinking practitioner and instructor and am on track to become a Professional Certified Coach through the Newfield Asia Ontological Coaching academy. I hold a Dutch passport and permanent residency in Australia.
