I strongly believe that we must guide our personal and professional life, by Principles: Knowing what we want, and where we should go, that is, having a defined Strategy, because it is from there that all processes flow; The strategy aims to achieve success and not to quarrel, and therefore, we must avoid unnecessary conflicts; We must consciously look for Trust among our peers, because the fulfillment of the defined objectives is only possible with a good team work; Humility, is a rare and disarming character trait, but, at the same time, one of the most powerful tools for building an ethically and professionally desirable environment in any Organization. If there is something really important that Military School has given me, (Academia Militar), I have to mention that it was the Leadership Capacity, because the way you lead and work as a Team, makes the probability of Organization's success, greatly increased.
