(www.the-ciu.net), the leader consulting group in LATAM specialized in ICT markets, strategies, business plans and adoption of new technologies, as well as regulatory economic impact analysis. Has worked on mobile and fixed telecommunications markets, economic impact of regulatory activity such as local number portability, interconnection fees, local service areas and price caps, as well as a business modeling consultant for community mobile networks. On radio, hosted @PuntoExeFM at EXA FM 104.9 (Mexico City), hosted @Unocero Radio, the tech lifestyle radio show, and was a #TristeTurno collaborator, both at Ibero 90.9 FM (Mexico City). Also, was a member of the Editorial Council for Interfase, the technology section of Reforma newspaper. He has participated in TV and radio as tech expert for TVC Noticias, Canal 40, RMX 98.5 FM, W Radio 96.9 FM, and has written articles for Animal Político, El Semanario, Unocero and Qore about different topics on technology and telecommunications.
