Josep Blanch

My name is Josep Blanch and I am a Software Engineer working remotely from Toulouse (France) at Atrapalo. In addition, I am a certified AWS Solutions Architect. I have more than 6 years of experience working as a Software Engineer, mainly as a backend developer. During my time at Atrapalo and Floraqueen, I have faced different challenges, starting with simple Symfony PHP applications and moving on to complex distributed systems applying clean code, domain-driven design, hexagonal architecture, and best practices. In addition, I have grown as a frontend developer, starting with jQuery/ES6 and moving on to more complex frameworks such as NextJS and ReactJS using Redux and Sagas. I am an expert in Symfony applications (PHP), and I am also proficient in other languages such as Golang and JavaScript. Last year, I achieved the AWS Solutions Architect Associate certificate, driven by my interest in Amazon services, which taught me how to approach new projects with a focus on cost optimization and best practices. My passion is coding, but I also enjoy going for a ride on my bike, restoring old game consoles, working on home automation projects, and working on my own side projects. I am always open to new challenges (remotely from France).
