I have been in IT and Telecommunications for more than 30 years, and I am still passionate about technology. I'm motivated by challenges like the first day. I am an expert in leading and creating high performance teams in projects where dates are critical, with the following Start-Ups: Olympic Games of Barcelona 92, Port Aventura, Isla Magica Park, Madritel, Open Camp. I am specialized in improvement processes, DMAIC methodology, project planning and follow-up, negotiation with clients and suppliers, outsourcing processes and reorganizations. I currently lead Operations and IT in GOSMO to provide the best services and products to vehicle fleets in Mexico, including fuel management, electronic purse, tracking and sensors that provide minute-by-minute data and events stored in the cloud that improve safety, performance, cold chain temperature cycle, maintenance and costs of our customers.
