Joseph Strickland Director, Customer Service Call Center & Operations, Kelly Administrative Services Joe Strickland is the Director of Customer Service Call Center Operations for Kelly Administrative Services (KAS). He is responsible for the oversight and efficient operation of the call center functions. This includes the activities of call and work forecasting, scheduling and traffic management. Joe is also responsible for leading the activities of the Call Center Team to achieve superior operational performance in call monitoring and customer service that exceeds client expectations and is consistent with the mission and strategic goals of KELLY. Joe has 30 years of industry experience, which include call center operations, staffing, project management and business continuity. Prior to joining KELLY, Joe successfully led the call center customer service teams at Legg Mason and Canon Computer Systems. He is also experienced with banking operations as he previously served as the Household Credit Services call center manager. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rider University in Lawrence Township, New Jersey and a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County. Joe is a native of Newark, New Jersey where he and his five siblings were raised. Joe and his wife LaPonda currently reside in Owings Mills, Maryland with their two sons, Justin and Lance.
