We have had sales success through effective visual merchandising, premium customer service, recruiting and development. During my 5 years operating the Crossgates mall location we achieved comp sales gains every fiscal year. These gains ranged from 5-11% based on the prior year's sales totals. Every year presented new challenges because we had to find new ways to produce sales gains on top of the prior year's successful sales gain. We did this through premium customer service & an aggressive sales environment. Due to our sales success was selected to participate in the District Sales Manager training program, which allowed me to travel with my District Manager on store visits & over time I began traveling our district by myself to assist other Manager's with maximizing their locations' sales opportunities. I was involved in customer relations and retentions through interpersonal relations skills.  As a store manager for Finish Line I have concentrated on training and developing my staff to offer a premium customer experience.  I have developed sales associates into successful store managers.  Throughout my time as a store manager I have obtained yearly comp sales increases of over 20%.I have over come challenges including having to operate a high volume 10,000 square foot retail space. I was a District leader which enabled me to gain experience traveling to other stores and assisting my peers with running and successfully managing their businesses.
