I always figured "if they're not coming to me, I'm going to go to them". As such, I have used my skills as an excellent written communicator and out-of-the-box visual thinker, alongside my knowledge of the media and film, to build the types of websites that strike niche cinema audiences without losing wider cultural appeal. Thefilmagazine.com combines my passions for creative writing, debate, design and public interaction with my knowledge and love for film as both an industry and an art-form. It has been my most fulfilling project to date. I am a creator whose passion for furthering myself has pushed me into less traditional methods of trying to break my way into the creative industries. I am a proud self-taught web designer, as well as a proficient user of Adobe's Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro and especially Photoshop. I have used these skills to profit in the form of merchandise sales, popular videos and web advertising, and in developing these skills have been able to use my knowledge of film beyond the confines of my degree.
