I've grown to learn that the absolute key in any career is adaptability, and that's what I bring to the table 100% of the time. Whether it's developing recruiting plans for high volume roles, or working with hiring managers one-on-one to find that purple squirrel, I can adapt my hiring practices to any situation, industry, or skill level. I've filled open roles across every business unit and skillset, from entry level to VP, and I adapt my approach for each individual business need. Recently, I've managed contract recruiters, as well as full-time employees from back in my sales days. I also use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions, helping managers find the right person quickly and efficiently. I enjoy solving complex problems, and have navigated unique situations through mergers and acquisitions. As a business partner, my goal is to help high-growth organizations achieve their goals.
