Josh has over 20 years’ experience in construction and property development, underpinned by a background in architecture. Josh joined the company in 2010 following several years with Lend Lease, Toga Group and Kell & Rigby. Since that time he has played an important role in helping to build and refine the capacity of the business and its relationships with key clients across the CJ Duncan's three divisions.Josh has a strong commitment to design and considerable expertise in the delivery of large scale and complex residential projects. These include medium and high density precincts in Sydney’s Jackson’s Landing (Pyrmont), Darwin’s waterfront, and inner Melbourne. He has successfully delivered high end commercial and hospitality projects for clients including Hilton Resorts, Hyatt Hotels and Aman Resorts in New Zealand and Fiji. Josh has also undertaken commercial and industrial projects in Shanghai, China for BOC and Maersk.Specialties: Development Management on high end & high density residential projects whilst at Lend Lease. Development Management on Hotels & Resorts, including the Fiji Hilton Resort and Auckland Hyatt Hotel. Design Management on high end residential construction projects whilst at Kell & Rigby.
