I'm passionate about creating user-centered products that are a delight to use and that deliver on their promise to both the businesses that need them and the people that use them. I love creative problem solving and opportunities to explore how design, technology, and media production can make people's lives easier. I have been asked to wear many hats in my career, always finding a way to work through projects with empathy as a designer, web developer, UX/UI designer, digital marketer, copywriter, producer, manager, and creative director. I enjoy working in an Agile environment with various design tools including Figma, InVision, Webflow, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects, Premier, Lightroom). I'm a web designer with skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; and have over a decade of experience designing and optimizing CMS solutions using Wordpress, Drupal, and Joomla. I've worked as the lead UX/UI Designer for multiple companies; and I've built websites and apps leading all stages of UX design, including user research/analytics analysis, persona building, user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and web design. Through my experience, I've also developed as an adept digital marketer, building profitable campaigns in Google Ads (certified), Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360/Sizmek Ads, and Twitter Ads. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (certified), Moz Pro, and Site Improve are the other tools that I use frequently to perform user research and develop SEO strategies, and to monitor website and SEM performance.
