Joshua Henrie

One of the reasons I picked Electrical Engineering as a major when I first started college was that I knew I wanted a career that would keep me learning and allow me to be a part of exciting things. It's a choice I have never regretted. Every day I get to work with powerful programming languages like C and C++ and powerful tools like MATLAB and Vector CANalyzer to develop systems that are changing our world. I am comfortable in Windows and Unix based development environments. As the need arises for different projects I have had the opportunity to learn other programming languages like Ada, C#, and Perl. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work many different sides of complicated systems. All the way from embedded code to the GUI based programs that control them. My background in simulations has been invaluable in enabling me to use HIL and PIL simulations to test code changes. As I continue in my career I look forward to the changes that embedded systems will bring to the world.
