I want to change the world. I feel as though most people these days just settle for whatever they can get. Whether it be in their professional or personal life. And i don't want to be one of those people. I want to struggle and hurt. I want to feel the weight of the whole world on my shoulders. To me the people, who walk around "content" with the way things are, haven given up, or been broken down. Most people will tell you they want things like "world peace" or "a million dollars". But, if they get a million dollars they wouldn't spend it on trying to find a way to having world peace. And vice verse, if world peace is achieved, that wouldn't make you a millionaire. Although, through struggle and hardship you can become a millionaire. I know that at times in life "you just have to take, what you can get" and I understand that. But what i don't understand is when you got to that point. When you, lost that spirit to fight and stay on your feet no matter how hard you got hit. To never settle, to constantly try harder and harder to make life better for you and the world around you. Why did "you have to take, whatever you could get"? What put you in that place? Why didn't you fight it? "Things happen for a reason"? How about "things happen BECAUSE of a reason". Because the world decided it wasn't gonna be your day. And the worlds pretty good at that, it been doing it to people all over the world for centuries. But when it makes that decision, you have to make the decision to fight back. You have to struggle back to your feet. To take the heaviest step you've ever taken, in your life. To fight for every inch of ground you gain. That way, when it finally is your day, when the world stops fighting to keep you down. You will be so strong, that you can jump leagues and bounds. And pull all those you see "settling" for the floor, up to their feet. That is how we stay strong, that is how we advance in life and in evolution. My name is Joshua. And I want to change the world.
