As a Billing Center Payor Change Coordinator for Apria Healthcare; it is my duty to help customers from all over the nation understand their insurance benefits, and help them get and keep the equipment that they need. I also help customers order supplies, update information, and see to it that Apria gets paid. It is my passion to help our customers get what they need, and for Apria to be paid timely. My true passion in life is to help others. I enjoy giving others a sense of reprieve when I help them solve their problems, whether it be customers with the company, or helping the company find a better solution or plan and implement it.
