Juan Jose Vega Caraballo

Since I finished my engineering studies in 2007, I have developed my activity in various sectors, absorbing experiences and knowledge from each of them. Starting in 2009, after a stage abroad (Ireland), I concentrated my career in the field of design of machines and mechanical elements using CAD tools as well as in production control. That was when I started to go deeper into the development of 3D plans and models, with different tools such as CATIA V5, after which in 2014 I completed the aeronautical design master's degree that fully introduced me to that industrial field. I have worked in companies in the aeronautical sector in two different stages (SIMGI and CARBURES GROUP) where I have deepened knowledge of airplane part design and process improvement in Lean Manufacturing. I also had the opportunity to meet and develop pieces in different materials such as aluminum, titanium or carbon fiber. After my time in the aeronautical sector, I redirected my career towards industrial organization. When I joined the Muisur company, I learned from great experts in Lean Manufacturing. I was also trained by completing an expert Master Lean Management (University of Seville) where I have deepened specific knowledge of production processes and Lean techniques such as 5S, Standardization of production processes, SMED, PDCA, KAIZEN etc ... For 2 years I worked at the General company Dynamics carrying out production control and materials management tasks in the supply chain. Currently I am developing my professional career at the company Solar Mems Technologies (Aerospace sector) where I carry out production and quality control tasks. I consider myself a dynamic and versatile person since I have worked in different sectors and above all trying to enjoy their work creating job challenges. I think knowing how to work in a group is essential and I am always open to new professional challenges.
