It was after meeting Juan that Malcolm realized Juan was the truest of Connectors. Throughout Juan’s life, he has studied cultural differences, human psychology, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, & team dynamics. He applied this wisdom to launch Humantelligence, an HR enterprise software solution that uses generative AI to help people in distributed teams/organizations connect more meaningfully.
