Juan Rooyen

My name is Juan van Rooyen and I am currently studying Honors Baccalaureus Scientiae in Computer Science and Information Systems at North-West University. I completed my Baccalaureus Scientiae in Information Technology degree in 2014 and continued to do Honors due to the improved employment opportunities the degree would provide. I enjoy the company of others, but am a slightly reserved person and recharge my energies when I am on my own. I am strong feeling and always prefer to see the good in others. During my years of study, I discovered I had a strong desire and willingness to help others. Since 2014 and including 2015, I served as a student assistant to lecturers at university and highly enjoyed teaching other students the knowledge I procured through the years. Integrity is a vital aspect of my own character and is a critical focus point of my personal growth and faith. In everyday life, I cling to and rely on my faith in God and apply His Word to my life in a constant learning experience through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
