Juliana Olm is a Global Strategist with 13+ years of experience in consulting, technology, non-profit and higher education sectors. Deloitte, Olympic & Paralympic Games, Tech Startups (Knowe & Zume), Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), and William & Mary are some of the organizations she worked with. Juliana uses her energy and pragmatism to analyze data, understand what the problem is, and then create impactful and strategic solutions. Juliana is a change-maker with a proven track record of building relationships to influence multiple stakeholders and managing complex projects in fast-paced and multicultural environments. As a people person, she uses her energy & empathy to lead and create inclusive and collaborative teams. Juliana is a strong believer in the power of education to transform people's lives and society, having a positive impact on the world. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Dean of Strategy & Operations at Georgetown University’s MBA Program. Having curiosity and boldness as her compass, she has visited 38 countries and lived in 5 of them, including her beloved home country, Brazil. A passionate Diversity & Inclusion Advocate, and a proud Latina, that speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and basic French. Juliana holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing and Business Analytics from William & Mary, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Marketing and Business from ESPM-Brasil.
