Julie (Marchione) Finn

Julie Finn is a seasoned executive search provider with over 16 years of search experience where she has successfully completed a wide spectrum of projects. Most recently she was with United Airlines, where she was a key member of the team driving the executive talent acquisition process. Previously, she was a Senior Consultant with a boutique executive recruiting firm where she collaborated on the strategy and execution of board director assignments. Before that, she was with Allstate Insurance Company, where she was responsible for executing senior management level searches. She started her career with Spencer Stuart in Chicago, before moving to their Sydney office to build the first Asia Pacific Knowledge Services team. She then spent time in both their Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices, working within their Technology, Communications & Media Practice. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business for Operations Management and Information Systems.
