My goal is simply to use my skills, knowledge, and experience to lead the creation of learning experiences that are not "work" but are a seamless, integral, and meaningful part of work. Gone are the days (or they should be gone soon) of one-time trainings that are measured by rates of completion. Learning for the improvement of the performance of organizations, groups and individuals, in any industry determines their growth and success. I have worked in many industries across the globe including financial, pharmaceutical, retail, higher education, public education and services, and government. I have expertise in adult learning theory, research, and application along with strategic planning, facilitation, coaching, creative-problem solving, and cultural responsiveness. As important, I have a passion for people and feel a great responsibility to learners to optimize their learning experiences for maximum impact.
