I am currently working to help, support and develop Atos Argentina's Innovation and Digital Transformation capabilities, focusing on the culture of Innovation, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration and Innovation workshops. Metaverse, Co-ideation and Agile working... Nice mix, right? Before that, I was working in Atos, as responsible of Lean, Agile and Continuous Improvement Department in South America, develop and implementing an effective and efficient Improvement plan working very closely with Operation, Quality and Risk department in Brazil. We are focused to work mainly with our teams in Latam ( Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia, Perú and Argentina) in order to improve their daily work using Lean an Agile Methodologies and Collaboration tools to improve our performance. We are focusing on automation improvements detection (AI, power automate, RPA, Ansible, and EUCA) and as like a Lean Coach, I trained more than 3000 Latin-Americans colleagues (with all skills and pyramids levels). I worked like as a Senior Manager of Collaborations tools in Atos too and that gave me the possibility to merge both methodologies ( Office 365, Teams, Task office, Onenote, Bluekiwi, Sharepoint, Circuit and Skype). I love ensure and sustain our Regional Improvement Plan to aim the implementations, Training, Lean audits, coaching and support ours teams focus on client satisfaction and business impact.. That are my goals. Through business process analysis, automation and communities management I help companies to transform into more agile and collaborative organizations. At this point both activities are cross together with the same spirit, be better, work together on continues improvements, in a collaborative way, share information, and open up communication, doing this not only to improve our work, also to benefit on focus on the client needs and our business As a Collaborative Manager and Lean and Agile consultant I combine both tools, and methodologies, coaching, training and helping teams and Managers, to improved their processes, communication and productivity and to be involved in those new global environments and Digital Transformation. I am capable of create a plan, training people and creating into a social value within the working environment of the future.
