Justin Ehret

I am currently a Senior Consultant with Optum; who recently completed the Consulting Development Program as of March 2021. Through this program I’ve had the ability to grow my knowledge & broaden my experience in the healthcare industry. During this time I helped manage and support health plan operations for various states, developed End to End process maps gearing towards different insurance prescription audits/discounts. As well as, led and provided oversight for marketing & communication committees, professional practice committees and many other initiatives within the organization. Prior to graduation and on boarding with Optum, I’ve assumed a Digital Marketing and Global Content Co-Op role with GSK. This role allowed me to submerge myself into digital marketing and data analytics for global pharmaceutical markets. Maintaining my interest with Marketing was a major goal for myself; through networking within the organization I was able to engage in conducting research and gap analyses on early talent engagements, digital data transformation and educating new resources at Optum on marketing content. Outside of the office space, I love to travel to new places and delve into the culture across many different geographical locations. I also spend time researching innovative ways to help grow the health care industry, volunteer at food banks, and partake in various running events. To ensure I continue to grow both professionally and educationally, I’ve embarked on obtaining my PMP certification with hopes to complete and manage program level opportunities.
