Justin Grilli has excelled in representing commercial real estate clients since 2003. During his career, Mr. Grilli has specialized in the sale and leasing of office space in the Tri-Valley and Bay Area, with an emphasis in representing developers, investors and tenants in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of their projects. Since 2003, Mr. Grilli has participated in over 600 lease/sale transactions totaling more than 4,000,000 square feet, and over 1 billion in lease or sale values.Since 2018 Mr. Grilli has successfully procured and managed 2 national portfolio accounts consisting of 1.3M square feet and over 100 locations. Mr. Grilli and his team handle all lease related transactions which include expansion, contractions, relocations, renewals, terminations and dispositions. In addition to transactional work Mr. Grilli and team provide strategic portfolio analysis, identifying redundancies and providing solutions to create a more efficient footprint with minimal business interruption.
