My favorite thing about the ever-changing field of Healthcare is how unpredictable it can be; I enjoy adapting to whatever is thrown my way and I enjoy 'fixing broken things'. My experience in healthcare has allowed me to learn numerous skills which have proven invaluable. My expertise is primarily in Revenue Cycle and financial analytics for facility as well as physician, though any challenge thrown my way is always taken head on. Notable projects include setting up an EDI system for multiple entities, managing financial operations for multi-specialty entities from revenue cycle through monthly close out, ensuring successful growth of product lines with marketing to new physician groups, numerous contract negotiations with vendors as well as payers, increasing monthly collection revenue for companies within 3-6 months, and setting up multiple urgent cares and clinics under time constraint.
