Justin Williams

I am an HCPC Registered Paramedic following completing an FdSc in Paramedic Emergency Care at Oxford Brookes University. I currently working full time within the NHS as a Lead Paramedic, but currently seconded as an Operations Officer providing direct line management to 30 staff in the Wiltshire locality and acting as an Operational Commander for the area. I am interested in Emergency Planning, Resilience, and Response with a particular focus on Command, Control and Communication (C3) in the event environment. My interest in EPRR has led me to undertake part-time study at Wolverhampton where I am completing an MSc in Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response which I am due to finish in early 2020. In addition to my experience within the NHS I am also experienced in working within the Voluntary and Private ambulance sector in areas which include event management and planning, CQC compliance, medicines management and policy and procedure development and implementation. I am looking to develop into the EPRR environment with a focus on control and command in the event industry.
