I am a qualified Arbitrator and Mediator specializing in civil and commercial disputes; large or small. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and undertake paper arbitrations and hearings in an efficient and effective manner. I am available for online arbitrations, mediations and consultations. I add value by offering a bespoke service, where required. In addition, a flexible approach is adopted in order to minimise the disruption that disputes can cause to people's lives and livelihood, especially in the current climate. This includes a swift turnaround of paper arbitrations and convenient, flexible and adaptable hearings. I have been appointed to the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator's BAS panel and the LCIA panel. I was recently described in a review of my Arbitral awards on the Hunt ADR ArbEx programme as “A very good one, slightly ahead of the pack!”. I am also a practising Barrister and undertake Arbitration Advocacy.
