 Responsible for the P&L of the C&I Business vertical. Building Organizational Capabilities & Brand value. Manage, Lead and Empower the C&I team. Plan and Implement a Go-to-Market Strategy for achieving the Overall Organizational goals. Budgeting and Risk Mitigation Planning. Customer relationship and retaining Management. Regulations & Policy Advocacy.Business development :(Sale and Purchase) of power from various state Utilities including IPPs, conventional and non-conventional (Bagasse based CPPs power, RE Power) based on the seasonal demands in various regions in the country taking into consideration the regulations of CERC.Having in-depth knowledge of India’s power sector with the latest reforms, regulations and various nuances of Open access and power trading pursuant to the Electricity Act of 2003.Having in-depth knowledge with the latest reforms, regulations.Having in-depth knowledge with the latest reforms, regulations and various nuances of Wheeling and Banking of Renewable power in various states.RE generation source Accreditation, Registration, Account Creation and Issuance and monitoring of REC with compliance reporting, REC Sale by RE Generator (Eligible Entity), Trading of RECs.REC Compliance reporting to various authorities, Assistance with transaction management,billing &settlement mechanisms.Preparation of Short term and Medium Term Power purchase and REC Agreements.MIS for power and energy:Updating and analyzing the information on All India power flow, power availability, power requirement on Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.Updating and analyzing the information on inter-regional power transfer capacity including capacity addition in generation and transmission on Regular basis.Regulatory Exposure:Implementing and analyzing the Open Access Regulations (including new regulation on Open Access) for conventional power plants, IPPs, CPPs including RE power.Implementing the Intra-state Open Access Regulation for booking of transmission corridor and power flow.Analyzing and giving inputs on regulations on transmission charges, Short term Open Access and long term arrangement with suppliers.New Regulations related to Open Access, Power Exchange & Renewable energy Certificate Mechanism and its working on daily basis.
