MORE ABOUT ME As a communications manager for Entergy with accreditation in public relations (APR), I organize and oversee all facets of communications, including strategic planning, traditional, social and digital media, customer service, media outreach and internal and external communications. I enjoy working with a variety of audiences and developing relationships with those outside my team, and I pride myself in explaining complex issues in an interesting, understandable way. I’m always ready to respond to the next crisis, media request, PR campaign or project that comes my way. I’m also a quick learner and strive to work with fellow employees to help them improve their capabilities and achieve their goals. As a former police spokesperson, I excel in crisis management, media relations and thinking on my feet. As a former journalist, I know what reporters want and need and am always looking for creative ways to communicate key messages.
