CD&Os main focus is on clinical trials while the PC&E team focuses on keeping the patients at the center of everything we do, while working with other teams to implement ways to improve this process everyday. Both vital to the cultural, both rewarding teams to work with.My day to day task cover a wide variety of responsibilities such as calendar management, travel and expenses, POs, onboarding/off boarding, meeting planning and executing, creating business needs assessments, AOPs, patient ambassador support (as well as member of), training new employees on systems and day to day needs, working with vendors, taking minutes, working directly with patients to support engagement activities ( to name a few)
